Northbrook/Glenview School District 30 is searching for a long-term substitute French Teacher for grades 6, 7, and 8. The substitute teacher would be responsible for 6 of 10 instructional periods per day.
Date Range: August 17, 2026 to November 6, 2026
Long-Term Substitute Pay Rate: $308 per day
Qualifications: Valid Illinois Substitute Teaching License or Professional Educator License; French Proficiency
About Northbrook/Glenview School District 30
Northbrook/Glenview School District 30 serves the communities of Northbrook and Glenview, Illinois, at three schools:
- Maple School in Northbrook serves grades 6-8
- Wescott School in Northbrook serves kindergarten through 5th grade
- Willowbrook School in Glenview serves preK-5.
Students from our district graduate to both Glenbrook North High School (GBN) and Glenbrook South High School (GBS). Students from Wescott usually later attend GBN while students from Willowbrook usually later attend GBS.
Overall, we employ nearly 250 staff serving more than 1,200 students. The U.S. Department of Education awarded Wescott a National Blue Ribbon for Exemplary High Performance in 2022 and 2013. Maple earned this honor in 2021.
